The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For a Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience in road works for bids up to 5.00 crores, and 3 years of experience for bids above 5.00 crores. - For a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years of experience in road works for bids up to 5.00 crores, and 3 years of experience for bids above 5.00 crores. - For a Work Supervisor: 3 years of experience in road works for bids up to 5.00 crores, and 3 years of experience for bids above 5.00 crores. - For a Lab Technician: 3 years of experience in road works for bids up to 5.00 crores, and 3 years of experience for bids above 5.00 crores. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal/LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement. Additionally, the bidder should provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited, along with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant to support this information. The bidder should also provide statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works, as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed, countersigned by the Engineer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last five financial years, with details of the works underway or contractually committed, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost, along with a certificate from the concerned officers. To qualify for a package of contracts, the bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. However, specific details on the required prior work experience, such as the amount and percentage of similar works completed, are partially provided.
