Providing laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, broken/crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using templates, hand packing rolling with three wheeled vibratory roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including brooming and suppling stone screening such as moorum or gravel for Grading-II at the rate of 0.22 (zero point two two) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square meter) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) and Neno technology -Tera prime on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) and Nano technology on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.250 kg./sqm. (zero point two five zero kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) and Nano technology using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.250 kg per sqm (zero point two five zero kilogramme per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Nano technology with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, VG-10 @ the rate 3.3% (Three point three percent) of mix transported to site upto all lead of laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 504 complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness, composed of Type-B 13.2mm to 11.20mm (thirteen point two millimetre to eleven point two zero millimetre) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) premixed with bitumen binder VG-Grade-10 (Ten) bitumen with Nano Technology, at the rate of 14.6 kgs (fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 (ten) square metre of road surface,laid to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in hot mix plant of 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher with hydrostatic sensor attachment and rolling with three wheeled 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN capacity static roller finished to required level and grades complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 506 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade-10 (VG-ten) with Nano Technology at the rate of 6.80kg (six point eight zero kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square meter) of road surface heated in hot mix plant and laying of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN capacity static roller, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface by mechanical means upto any depth and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lifts as per MORD specification Technical clause 301.4. complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement , thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (Forty three) grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501 using M-30 (Thirty) Grade, (designed mix) concrete coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, (Twenty five millimeters) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2(Zero point two) cubic meter capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant dowel bars, near approaches to bridge /culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved ,curing of concrete slabs for 14 (Fourteen) days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1501 and as per the direction and the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto any lead as per MORD technical specification Clause 1903 and as per the direction and the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size), in or under water in open foundation for all type of structure, in Drain and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Design mix having cement contant not less than 275 Kg per Cubic metre (two hundred seventy five Kilogram) per cubic metre and graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Abutments and toe walls, head wall and parapets etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800,900 & 1200 as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying flooring with concrete block made of M-15 grade Design mix concrete including cost of form work and laid over cement concrete bedding of M-15 grade concrete having thickness not less than one third of concrete block as per MORD technical specification section 1300 including curring, grating and carrage of material and other insidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, for founation and plinth and concrete cradle bedding Type-A under pipe and the like, etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1100 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth filling (for marshy soil) in foundation, trenches and the like for Earth cushion over Hume pipe culverts etcetera with Earth obtained from approved quarry approved by Engineer-in-Charge including thoroughly watering ramming/ compacting with suitable equipment, in layers not exceeding 150mm (One Hundred fifty millimetre) in thickness complete as per MORD technical specification as per clause 305.3.9 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimetre) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-3 for culverts on first class bedding or granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts other incidental. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including the cost of binding wire as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1001, 1206 and as per the directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1001, 1401 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-20 (M-Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 330 kgs. (three hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Bed Block, dirt wall and the like etcetera for all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced work as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-25 (M-Twenty Five) designed mix with cement contents not less than 400kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in super structure and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work in deck slab etc. as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 900 & 1401 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD Technical specification and drawings, The MS plates of 1.6mm (one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimetres into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimetres in to twenty five millimetres into five millimeters). The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. (two numbers) 75mm x 75mm (seventy five millimetres into seventy five millimetres) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tube posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 fifteen) nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) blocks of 450x450x600mm (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre), 600mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level and curing complete. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm (forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mix synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 1700 and annexure 1700-1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board (six hundred millmetre equilateral triangle board) as per IRC:67 600mm equilateral triangle board made of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65mm (sixty five millimetre) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmx47mm (Forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetre) by 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) 600mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing section 1700 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
