Dismantling of existing pump-set, by disconnecting the electric connections of motor from motor & starter, cutting of nut-bolts by gas cutter, dismantling pump-set, suction, delivery pipes & all valves in existing system. Taking out pump-set from pump house and old pipes & valves and suction pipe from underground reservoir with help of chain pulley or heavy labour. Making of new foundation after demolishing old distorted foundation, then fixing of new pump-set in the system by bolting base frame in RCC foundation, including other civil work required for fixing of pump-set with suction and delivery line. Making connections of motor with starter and checking connections from starter to panel. All tools & tackles, loading & unloading i/c safety equipment & other precautions, testing & commissioning up-to satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The job to be done on turn-key basis and any item not mentioned above but required to complete the work will be provided by the contractor.
