Replacement of membranes of size 8'X40" including providing and fixing in plants (once in whole period of maintenance, contractor shall replace newly laid membranes if found out of order during running, in operation period). The purchase bill & videography of replacement shall be submitted by the contractor.

CONDITIONS i) The tenderer are advised to visit the site/RO plants before submitting their rates.
ii) The RO plants shall be operate continuously in 2 shifts and no holiday shall be allowed.
iii) The plants are good and are in running condition any damage caused by negligence shall be responsibility of contractor.
iv) The plants shall be taken back by the department in good and in running condition after expiry of the contract period.
v) If the water from DJB gets available the contract may be terminated and no claim of any type shall be entertained by the department.
vi)The tenderer should have experience for running, operation & maintenance of such type of plants and a certificate for satisfactory completion & maintenance of not be less than 15000 lph plant capacity for 2 no of such work and shall be required to be furnished at the time of offer (vii) The tender shall be closed when the water services will be handed over to DJB without any compensation.
