4- Provision for Supply and Fixing of Mangalore Tiles/ Terracotta Tiles and Resetting the same on the roof of the Shabha Grarah (Front Portion)of the Temple (40% old and 60% New).

5- Provision for Resetting of Old Ancient Stone Flooring of Bhairamdev Sculpture Present in the Shabha garah of Main danteshwari Temple.

6- 25 mm thick KOTA stone slab flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing and polishing etc. complete.

7- Providing and fixing stainless steel railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, chain etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.

8- Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9- Provision for Coursed rubble Stone masonry with in lime mortar 1:1:1(one lime-Unslaked, one corse Sand, one Surkhi First Class) including supply of material, labour, T&P etc Complete (Boundary Wall using 60 % new Stone and 40 % Old Sand).

10- Providing and laying of 40 to 50mm thick Cist stone plate Flooring using 100% New Stone over 20mm(Average) thick Base of lime mortar in ratio 1:1:1 with joints 3 mm thick , side buttered with same mortar admixture with pigment to match the shade of structure and pointing same mortar including chiseling of the stone properly.

11- Provision for Repair of damaged wall of Bhairamdev temple- Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12- Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

13- Provision for 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

14- Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

15- Provision for 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

16- Provision for providing of sitting benches etc(providing and fixing of red sand stone benches having 4legs of size 0.26 x 0.26 x 0.45 m with simple molding and 8cm thick red sand stone top size 1.50 x 0.60m as per design and matching to the existing pattern at the site including Supply of All Materials, Labour and T&P etc.

Provision for providing and fixing of information signage board of 50mm thick red sand stone slab of size 1050 x 750mm with encraved/etched and color filled as per approved text and art work placed over brick masonry pier of size 350 x 350 x 1200mm claded on all size with 25mm thick red sand stone slabs including PCC base in 1:2:4 of size 600 x 600 x 100mm including excavation of pit to be 250mm dip and lying complete as per design and existing pattern including Supply of All Materials, Labour and T&P etc. -- 17(a)-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual meansin foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 17(b)-Provision for providing and laying mechanical mix plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size) with crushed stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering with 40mm nominal size gradedaggregates m -7.5 in foundation [M3]

17(c )-Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) [M3]

17(d )-Providing and making 12mm thick cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) [M2]

17(e )-Providing and fixing cladding over Brick Work with 25mm thick Red Sand Stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size,fixed to structural frame work with the help of Adhesive and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. [M2]

17(f )- Providing and fixing 50mm Red Sand Stone at the top of Pier Cladded with red sand stone as per standard design, including Engraving of letters will standard color filling and polishing of stone etc. [M2]

18- Provision for providing and installation of 250 litre RO water plant etc including Supply of All Materials, Labour and T&P etc

19- Provision for purchase and installation at site of readymade dustbins of Red sand stone of cylindrical shape in single block having top molding and depression as per design on extra surface fully open top outer top dia 580mm and height 750mm of required shape and design
