CONSTRUCTION OF 150x100MM DIA & 90M DEEP TUBE WELL INCLUDING SUPPLYING ALL MATERIALS LABOURS TRANSPORTATION OF MACHINE ETC. ALL COMPLETE JOB. 1)Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), all complete as per direction of E/I, (All types of soil) (a) 350mm dia bore minimum 30M (b) 300mm dia minimum 60M (2)Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, (UPVC) medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of E/I. (a) 150 mm nominal size dia minimum 30M (b) 100 mm nominal size dia minimuum 60M (3)Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well (UPVC) medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.100 mm nominal size dia minimumm 30M (4)Supplying the following fittings & fixing the same in position i.e well cap, reducer MS camp etc as needed to keep the tube well vertical. all complete as per S/D of E/I. (5)Providing all materials, labours, & equipments for fixing tube well with pea gravel of Dalbhumigarh to size 4mm to 8mm approx. as suitable for strata including carriage washing, placing and packing from bottom upto 15 M from below the ground level in position around the tube well etc. all complete as per direction of E/I. (6)Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. minimum 24 hours each.

Supply Installation, commissioning and testing of single phase 3 H.P. submersible pump set having discharging capacity 4.5 Ips at a total head of 30meter (approx) of KSBI Kirloskar or equivalent make with al laccessories & fittings etc including loading unloading and transportation of the pump set to the work site with all required labour,materials,tools and tackles installation,testing & commissioning as per standard sspecifications and directionof Ell. (i) 50 mm dia x 18 mtrs long medium classG.I column pipe both end thread and socketed, 40M 2.5mm flat copper conductor submersible cable,union, nipple, G.I Elbow-l(One) no., M.S, clamps-2(Two) Pairs. ,Tube well cap for T/Welll, iron safty wire of the pump set, i ton chain pully with i no tripod Supply Installation, commissioning and testing of floor mounted outdoor type loT feeder pillar single phase starter controll pannel operated on 220V made of MSsheet (minimum 2 mm thick) . Supplying all materials and Laying of distribution network including installation of 10000 ltr HDPE water tank as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including Earthwork in 30m wide and 1,1m deep trenches, Including crossing of ditches Road cutting and restoration and backfilling the trenches after layig of line, providing and laying HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia and 63 mm dia of (PE100-PN10 rating) as per IS 4984/1995 and 50 mm and 40mm dia pipe (PE100-PN8 rating) as required including supplying all jointing materials etc. including all taxes, duties etc.-and incidental charges providing necessary thrust block where as required, construction of brick masonary chamber (60cm x 60cm x 75cm) for valves with cost of certification mark and fixing in trenches including the cost of fullway valves, earth work in back filling the trenches after laying of different types and sizes of pipe, fittings and valves with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift etc. including providing night guard, barrier and red light to safe guard against accident, testing of laid pipes etc. all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing house connection for each house hold including supplying all materials, labours, tools and making ferrule connection and fixing P.P. Black service Saddle (Brass threaded) with brass bibcock with 20 mm dia MDPE pipe and 15mm GI Pipes with all fittings and PCC post etc all complete.

(1)Structural steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusess and framed work, including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved primer all completefor 8M high staging with ladder of ISA65x65x6 and 16mm dia MS bar as trade @ 400mm c/c and GI enclosure to house electric switch panel & treatment unit (where required) of suitably designed MS section of angle, channel, etc as per E/I (2)Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing fixed with G.I.J. or hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G. I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (upto a pitch of 60°) excluding the cost or purlins, rafters and trusses.as per E/I

Supplying all designs drawing construction and commissioning of fully tested and successfully well operated Standard type I.R.P suitable for designed flow of capacity and 3.5 ppm to 10 ppm including associated air compressor unit, pipeline, valve and specials all complete job as per requirement and demand of the E/I. The FRP pressure tank and other articles should have not less than 8mm plate thickness so as to sustain the design pressure with due factor if safety. It should be duly painted with two coats of anticorrosive paints over a coat of red oxide primer. It should contain appropriate thickness of Filter media including equivalent standard type and Alum pot so as to give an output flow of water Quality with less than 1ppm of Iron concentration. The materials article should be as per respective Indian standard and should be manufactured from ISO : 9001 company including delivery charges and all taxes & duties complete including all civil works all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I.

Provision of safe water wast water desposal

Providing cost of electronically regulated Doser type chlorinator using sodium Hypo chlorite (NaOCI) and installation including all cost and necessary fittings and connetions as required and carriage cost etc. all complete as per direction of E/I (Capacity-25 Ltr.)

SECTION – B : OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PART

Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance including repairs of Civil & Mechanical Structures, Supply of Spare parts, all Chemical, Energy cost, Deployment of manpower, checking of status of supply in the command area, repairing of leakages, backwash, maintaining log book , data compilation, submission of daily / weekly / monthly and yearly report of both RAW and Treated water quality , getting endorsed / tested by state laboratories once in every month, replacing the filter media/damaged parts of any machinery / the machinery as a whole, annual / bi-annual maintenance of all built-up / installed structures / units under the scheme , including round-the clock watch & ward to ensure potable water to the beneficiaries of the scheme for 60 calendar months from the date of completion of trial run. including cost of energy and man power cost etc all complete job (Min. 35% of Item No. 1 to8)
