Service Part:
Fitting and Erection of FRP Pipe Line with Mating Flanges, FRP Cross and Saunders Diaphragm Valves. As per direction of HBL's Officer incharge at site, as below description:

a) FRP Pipe Jointing/Modification/Alteration and mating Flanges erection with FRP Pipe to be done as per direction of HBL's Officer Incharge at Site. b) FRP Cross and FRP Saunders Diaphragm Valve installation with mating FRP Flanges/FRP Pipe to be done wherever required. c) FRP Pipe and FRP pipe with mating Flanges Jointing Chemical Compound/Adhesives will be provided by Contractor. d) Electric Power will be supplied by HBL at one point. Contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for Grinders/cable/switches. e) Work shall be carried out as per the best engineering practices at Sugar Industries. f) Rates should be inclusive of supervision, labour, staff, tools & tackles, lifting tackles with other materials required for completion of the jobs. etc. Note: HBL will only provide Consumables like- Bolts, Nuts, Joint sheet, Rubber materials etc. as required for carrying out the job.
