Unloading of 60Kg./52 Kg./90 3 Rails panels/ single rails, PSC line/special sleepers, switches, crossing body, check rails etc.from all type of wagons BG/MG, with contractor's labour, tools & plants, in sidings/ station yard/ block section during traffic blocks per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Per Track

Carrying and spreading of BG PSC sleepers at uniform spacing already unloaded in Station 01 yard/Block section/Level crossing on the slope of bank in main line / loop line as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including all leads / lifts , descent., crossing of track and other obstruction with contractor vehicle tool & plants etc.

Carrying and spreading of PSC turn out sleepers and SEJ sleepers already unloaded in station yard/ Level Xings as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads, lifts , descent., crossing of track and other obstruction . (a) 1:12.

(a) Carriage by dip lorry/rail dolly and other means by the contractors as the case may be including loading and unloading rail check rail 1 in 12 , 1 in 8.5 switches and crossing of various rail section etc 01 upto 1 km with or without block protection beyond free lead of 200m including repair and maintanance of approaches road dip lorry ,rail dolly etc. the dip lorry ,material trolley ,rail dolly has to be supplied and maintainedby the contractor and after completion of work the material trolley ,dip lorry and rail dolly will be handed over to railway in good condition .

(b) Extra rate for carriage by dip lorry / rail dolly or and other means by the contractor as the case may be including loading and unloading rail /check rail 1 in 12 , 1 in 8.5 switches and crossing of various rail section etc. Upto a distance 10 km beyond 1 km .

Unloading of ballast/quarry product from MG/BG wagons in block section/ station yard in traffic block with all lead, lift, descend, and clearance of infringement to track for safe running of trains with contractor's labour, tools etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge . (a)All types of BG wagons.

Assembling, linking and laying 60KG/52kg. BG Pts.& xing, S.E.J & DS standard PSC sleeper layout or BG Pts.& xing, DS on wooden layout by making wooden sleepers by joining 2 or more sleepers as per drawing/specifications including leading of materials from stacks/P.W.I.'s stores in yard. Cutting. drilling , Jim 01 crowing of rails as required, fixing stretcher bars and spring levers, two round of through packing, boxing and dressing of ballast to turn profile, cleaning, oiling and greasing of fish plates ,fish bolts ,rail fishing surface of joints, elastic rail clips with contractors oil, graphite etc .as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( Note - 75% of payment will be made after the assembly is completed and laid. Balance 25% will be paid after completion of all other activities as per item .where-ever the space is avail able ,per-assembly of switch may be done near the site and slewed in final position during block) . (a) 1 in 12

One round packing of 1 in 8.5 /1 in 12 60 kg/52kg /90R point and crossing assembling including lifting in stage upto 75 mm at a time to specified tolerance as per IPRWM on all types of sleeper to make it fit for normal speed 50kmph . (a)one round Per Track

Insertion /laying of glued joints of 52kg in track as per instruction of site engineer and as per 01 IRPWM. The work includes. i)Cutting and taking out of existing rail if required. ii) Insertion of Glued joint with all standard fittings and fastenings iii) Drilling and cutting rails as required iv) Re-spacing and packing of sleepers if required (a)With traffic block .

Cutting of 52 kg/90R/60KG rail with hexa blade/rail cutting machine in station yard/block section as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : No payment shall be made for incorrect cuts).

Gas cutting of rails by contractors labour tools & plants with all consumables as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing & fixing reference rail post on cess or other places near track to indicate rail level, formation level, alignment of existing/proposed track. Rail, steel section, sheets, required for this shall be supplied by the railway from the PWI store. cement required for this shall be paid separately under schedule C.

Making temporary water proof goomty of required size with bamboo framing & tarpaulins 01 cover on roof & three sides for shelter of Railway staffs for a period 15 to 20 days . The floor, to be provided with Brick flat soling after proper dressing of base. The rate also includes supply of five chairs and one table for Railway staff .

Manufacturing, erecting and painting BG/MG dead - ends in the station yards as per drawing including all lead, lift, descent, crossing lines, stacking etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, fabricating and erecting in position whistle board, curve board, shunting limit 01 board, check rail, wicket gate, curve marker, L.C. all type board , W\L Board , rail fencing etc. Rail, steel section, sheets, required for this shall be supplied by the railway from the PWI store. cement required for this shall be paid separately under schedule C.

Supply of skilled /semi skilled labour . (Per no. /day)

Lifting point and crossing without without block protection to reachtowards final leval with lifting 01 upto 150mm as per IRPWM-2004 including pulling of ballast from solder , on cess and putting it on the track ,dressing and boxing , kuchha packing and slewing to make the track fit for 20KMPH inclusive free lead of ballast upto 100 m . All leads , lifts , ascent,descent, crossing of track any obstructions etc. complete in all respect.

Greasing the EYE of insert & foot of rail under liner before driving ERC manually \ with clip 01 applicator. The EYE of insert shall be cleaned with the helpof steel brush before providing grease with the help of brush wrapped in cloth. The work shall be done as dper instruction of site in-charge with contractor's own labour, material and T&P. Grease shall conform to IS:408 and shall be approved by ASEN. Per Track

Inserting SEJ including removing of existing sleeper and fitting , fixing angle iron after providing the gap including packing etc. complete in all respect.

Painting of rail by anti corrosive paints as per standard specification. Painting of rail shall be 01 done after scrappong of rails . The rate includes 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coats of black bituminous anti-corrosive paints . The rate are inclusive of cost of all paints , equipments , other consumables including all lead , lift, crossing of track etc.

Spreading of ballast uniformly on the track from the stack available in the formation (already unloaded by the wagon ) all lift, lead up to 100 mtr and crossing of track as per direction of engineer in charge.

Changing of exiting any type Sleeper with PSC-6 sleeper\SEJ Sleepers at specified spacing 01 with proper squiring. Work includeds proper marking of spacing and squiring on rail, greasing of ERC and fixing, fitting of liner , rubber pad etc. propely. Rate includeds one roound of kutchha packing to be done on the date of sleeper insertion for proper cross level and aligment of newly laid track. The rate further includes loading of PSC sleeper rolled down on the bank during unloading.
