The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. The bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 293.26 Lakhs in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. For specific construction and contract management experience, the bidder should have a minimum construction experience in key activities such as successful completion of 68 MT of steel reinforcement, a minimum 22 Rm depth of well, 831 cum of RCC work, and 3867 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work. The value of similar works completed is not less than 293.26 Lakhs, and the percentage of completion is 90% or more, which is considered as substantial completion. The bidder should also have a total certified payment of at least 293.26 Lakhs for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years, and a minimum average annual construction turnover of 293.26 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, defined as "Construction of one RCC/PSC Girder Bridge with Pile/well foundation in a contract of value not less than Rs 293.26Lakh across channel/river in a road project" with substantial completion of 90% or more of the works under the contract.
