The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. For general construction experience, the bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 167.11 Lakhs. This experience should be as a prime contractor in the last five financial years. The substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. The value of similar works completed should be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at a rate of 5% per year. The bidder should also have a minimum turnover of Rupees Two Hundred Eight Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years. The bidder must have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 167.11 Lakhs. The substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum construction experience in specific key activities, including: - Successful completion of 48 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024; - Successful completion of minimum 104 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024; - Successful completion of 426 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024; - Successful completion of 1439 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024. The value will be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at 5% per year. The bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 167.11 Lakhs. This value will be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at a rate of 5% per year. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 208.89 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work. The value will be calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years, updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at a rate of 5% per year. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% or more. The amount for similar works completed is 167.11 Lakhs. The minimum turnover is Rupees Two Hundred Eight Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand. The minimum average annual construction turnover is Rs. 208.89 Lakhs.
