The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. For general construction experience, the bidder should have completed at least one work of a similar value, not less than Rs. 521.53 Lakhs, in the role of a prime contractor in the last five financial years. The value will be updated to the price level of the financial year 2023-24 at a 5% per year rate. The bidder should have completed 90% or more of the works under the contract of similar work to be considered as having substantial completion experience. The similar work is defined as "Construction of Bridge of length 50m or more with well foundation in a contract of value not less than 521.53 Lakh across channel/river in a road project". For specific construction and contract management experience, the bidder should have experience in managing Environmental and Social (ES) aspects. The bidder should provide details of relevant experience, including the contract identification, award date, completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount, and percentage participation in the total contract amount. The required experience includes: * Successful completion of 172 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years. * Successful completion of minimum 56 Rm depth of well in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years. * Successful completion of 1690 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years. * Successful completion of 6699 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be not less than Rs. 521.53 Lakhs. The percentage participation in the total contract amount is required for joint ventures or subcontractors. The bidder should specify the participation percentage and the actual quantity performed under the contract per year or part of the year in the last 5 years. In case of contracts/projects completed by the JV, only the proportionate JV share of the Member as per Contract Agreement signed with Client shall be considered for evaluation. The available bid capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed Available bid capacity = (A*N*1.5-B), where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder is required to provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, or for which a letter of intent or acceptance has been received, or for contracts approaching completion, including the value of works completed and the stipulated value of the contract. For subcontractors, the value of the subcontract should be more than 10% of the bid price for each element. The bidder's qualification to perform the contract will be assessed based on the information provided in the corresponding information sheets. The bidder's prior work experience and available bid capacity will be evaluated to determine their eligibility and qualification for the contract. The bidder must also provide information on their historical contract non-performance, including any contracts where non-performance occurred as a result of contractor default since January 1, 2019. The bidder must disclose any pending litigation or disputes related to their contracts. The bidder's financial capacity is also evaluated, taking into account their existing commitments and the value of ongoing works. The formula for calculating the bidder's financial capacity is: N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited, B = Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited. The bidder's financial capacity is calculated at the rate of 5% per year, considering both completed and ongoing works. The required prior work experience for the bidder's Key Personnel is as follows: 1. Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years of experience 2. Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years of experience 3. Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years of experience (for degree holders) or 5 years of experience (for diploma holders) 4. Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years of experience 5. Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years of experience.
