The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction & contract management experience. The bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 1057.51 Lakhs as the prime contractor in the last five financial years. The specific construction & contract management experience includes successful completion of: - 282 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years. - Minimum 52 Rm depth of Well in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years. - 2794 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years. - 6460 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at a 5% per year increase. The average annual construction turnover should be at least Rs. 881.26 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. The substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. The proportionate JV share of the Member as per Contract Agreement signed with Client shall be considered for evaluation. The bidder should have experience in "Construction of one RCC/PSC Girder Bridge with Pile/well foundation in a contract of value not less than Rs 1057.51Lakh across channel/river in a road project" with substantial completion based on 90% or more works completed. The amount and percentage of non-performed portion of contract and total contract amount should be provided, along with information on pending litigation, including the year of dispute, amount in dispute, contract identification, and total contract amount. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The value mentioned is Rs 1057.51Lakh, and the percentage of completion is 90% or more. The bidder should also have a total certified payment of at least Rupees Eight hundred eighty one lakhs twenty six thousand.
