The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a certificate issued by the authorized Engineer-in-charge. The bidder must have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a satisfactory completion of not less than 90% of the contract value. The value of similar work should be not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value. The bidder should furnish documents for one authentic single similar work, with the cost of completed works of previous years given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items as detailed in the online Bill of Quantities. The annual financial turnover amount should be at least 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB. Additionally, the bidder is required to provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last 5 years, with details of the year, name of the work, name of the employer, and quantity of work performed. The bidder must also provide a certificate of similar nature of work done, completed in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer-in-charge, and a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer-in-charge. The bidder should demonstrate experience and resources sufficient to meet the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts, and should not have abandoned any works under the Public Works Roads Department, nor should any contract for works under the Public Works Roads Department have been rescinded in the last five years. The required prior work experience for the Project Manager, Site Engineer, Plant Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Soil & Material Engineer includes specific qualifications and years of experience, such as B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp for the Project Manager, and B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp for the Site Engineer. The bidder is also required to undertake an investment of minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract, and have access to or availability of credit facilities, with a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value, certified by the bankers. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh in any one year, within the last five years. However, for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, relaxation in qualification criteria is provided, where the minimum annual financial turnover can be 25% of the DNIT in any one year.
