The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. For general construction experience, the bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 228.91 Lakhs (Rupees Two Hundred Twenty Eight lakhs Ninety Thousand) in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. The substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. The value of similar works completed should be at least 228.91 Lakhs. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 286.14 Lakhs (Rupees Two Hundred Eighty Six lakhs Fourteen Thousand) in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work. The total certified payments received for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years should be at least Rupees Two hundred Eighty Six lakhs Fourteen Thousand. The bidder should have experience in managing key activities, including complexity, methods/technology, construction rate, and other characteristics, as well as Environmental and Social (ES) aspects. Specific experience requirements include: - Successful completion of 57 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years; - Successful completion of minimum 147 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years; - Successful completion of 514 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years; - Successful completion of 4066 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years. The percentage of participation in the total contract amount should be specified, and the actual quantity performed under the contract per year or part of the year in the last 5 years should also be provided, along with the total quantity in the contract and the percentage participation. The values will be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at 5% per year.
