The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 151.88 Lakhs (Rupees one hundred fifty one lakhs eighty eight thousand) * Successful completion of 46 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024 * Successful completion of minimum 96 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024 * Successful completion of 176 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024 * Successful completion of 3657 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024 The value of similar works completed should be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at a rate of 5% per year. Substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% or more, and the value is not less than Rs 151.88Lakh. The average annual construction turnover of at least Rs. 189.85 Lakhs (Rupees One hundred Eighty Nine lakhs Eighty Five thousand) in at least two of the last five financial years is required.
