The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific construction and contract management experience, similar to the contract being bid on, in terms of amount, physical size of required works items, complexity, methods/technology, construction rate for key activities, and other characteristics. The bidder should have completed contracts or projects as a prime contractor between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024, with a minimum construction experience in the following key activities: 1. Successful completion of 55.46 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year. 2. Successful completion of minimum 112 Rm depth of minimum 1200 mm pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year. 3. Successful completion of 414.24 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects. For Key Personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in a similar position. - Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar position. - Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar position for degree holders and 5 years for diploma holders. - Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar position. - Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar position. The bidder must also demonstrate a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 204.35 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must provide details of the Key Personnel and their academic qualifications and work experience. The bidder must also demonstrate that it has adequate sources of finance to meet the cash flow requirements on works currently in progress and for future contract commitments, with access to liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as Rs 34.06 Lakhs.
