The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successful completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 282.43 Lakhs in the last five financial years. The bidder should have a minimum construction experience in specific key activities, including successful completion of 49 MT of steel reinforcement, a minimum 18 Rm depth of well, 703 cum of RCC work, and 6897 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work. The value of similar works completed is not less than 282.43 Lakhs. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% or more, which is considered as substantial completion. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 353.04 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. The required prior work experience also includes completion of similar works, defined as "Construction of one RCC/PSC Girder Bridge with Pile/well foundation in a contract of value not less than Rs 282.43Lakh across channel/river in a road project." The bidder should have completed at least 90% or more of the works under a similar contract. The total certified payment should be at least Rupees Three hundred Fifty Three lakhs Four thousand, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the financial year 2024-25 at a rate of 5% per year. The assessed available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work.
