The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder should have experience in similar works, with a total volume of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have at least one single similar nature work order under the Assam Govt. Department or Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of the package value of this tender. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 30% of the package value. The required values and percentages of similar works completed include: - Minimum average annual financial turnover: 30% of the bid value - Minimum value of similar work order: 30% of the package value - Average annual turnover: not less than 30% of the package value - Amount of similar works completed: not less than 30% of the package value The bidder should provide a statement of the total monetary value of civil construction works performed during the last five years under any works department in the Govt. of Assam or Govt. of India. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract.
