The bidder should have prior work experience in execution of civil works, with a minimum average annual turnover of 30% of the package value over the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed at least one single similar nature work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of the package value of this tender, awarded and completed during the last 5 years. The bidder should also have experience in execution of civil works, and should submit a completion report or progress report of completion of a requisite volume of work from the Executive Engineer/Authority. The bidder should have previous experience of execution of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works, and should provide experience in civil works in any Works department under Govt. of Assam/Govt. of India during the last 5 years. The bidder should also provide a statement of the total monetary value of civil construction works performed during the last 5 years under any Works Department in Govt. of Assam/Govt. of India. The weightage for the highest value of single work done/completed is 35%. The bidder should submit a Work Completion Report from the Executive Engineer/authority concerned. The award of contract will be based on the performance report of existing/completed works against each work done by the contractor verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on their performance report of existing/completed works, which will be verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer. For the award of work, the details of the bidder's past performance during the last 5 years, including the current financial year, will be taken into account. This includes their timely execution of previously allotted works, ongoing commitments, financial soundness, and turnover during the last 5 years. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder's available bid capacity should not be less than the evaluated bid price, and the bidding capacity shall be calculated as 2 times of the bidder's highest Annual Turnover in any of the preceding last 3 years. Milestone targets are set as follows: I. 30% of total progress to be achieved within 1 month II. 60% of total progress to be achieved within 3 months III. 100% of total progress to be achieved within 6 months The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 30% of the NIT/Package value for the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that can be considered for the bidding capacity calculation, with a weightage of 35% for the highest value of single work done/completed. The amount of Bid Security/EMD should be 2% of the package value. The bidder should have access to financial resources to meet the qualification requirements, including cash in hand, lines of credit, etc. The bidder should provide evidence of access to financial resources, including support documents, and information on litigation history, if any. The bidder should have at least 1(one) single similar nature work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The work order should be awarded and completed during last 5 years in addition to this FY. The bidder should have completed a single work order of civil works awarded and completed under Govt. of Assam during last five years in addition to current financial year for minimum order value as specified in ITB, with a value of not less than 30% of the package value. The bidder should have experience in execution of civil works. The average annual turnover of the contractor within the last five years should not be less than 30% of the package value. The bidder should submit a completion report or progress report of completion of a requisite volume of work from the Executive Engineer/Authority.
