The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction work, with a total value of work performed in the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature over the last five years, with details of the works. The bidder should have completed at least one work of a value not less than 30% of the package value of this tender. The average annual turnover of the contractor should not be less than 30% of the package value over the last five years. The bidder should have experience in execution of civil works, with a single work order having a minimum value. The bidder should also have at least 1(one) single similar nature work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The average annual turnover of the contractor should not be less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, considering the average of the last 5 previous years. The bidder should submit copies of work allotted and completion certificates duly issued by the concerned E.E. during the last 5 financial years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder should have completed similar nature work with a value of at least 30% of the package value of the tender. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the bid value during the last 5 financial years. The bidder should provide an experience certificate in civil works under any Government Department, Assam, during the last five years, duly signed by the Executive Engineer/competent authority concerned. The bidder should have completed works with a total volume of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the package value of this tender - Average annual turnover of not less than 30% of the package value over the last five years - 30% progress target to be achieved within 1 month - 60% progress target to be achieved within 3 months - 100% progress target to be achieved within 6 months from the date of award of work - 2 times the bidder's highest Annual Turnover in any of the preceding last 3 years - 2% of the package value as Bid Security/EMD - Weightage for annual turnover: 40% - Weightage for the highest value of single work done/completed: 35% - Weightage for equipment's owned/possessed: 25%
