Irrigation Department Tender

The bidder is required to have experience in civil works under any Government Department in Assam during the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Experience in civil works under any Government Department in Assam during the last five years. - A single similar nature work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. - Average annual turnover of not less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, calculated over the last 5 financial years. - Completion of similar nature works over the last five years, with a total value to be mentioned in the qualification information form. - Experience in execution of civil works, with successful work done/completion report duly signed by the concerned Executive Engineer. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 30% of Package value of this tender for a single similar nature work order - 30% of the NIT/Package value for the average annual turnover - 30% of the package value for the average annual turnover within the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have: - A minimum average annual financial turnover during the last 5 financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) of 30% of the bid value. - A bid value not more than 10% below the Tender value. - A minimum turnover in any one year during the last three years (exact amount not specified). - Experience in civil construction work, with the value of such work performed in any Govt. Dept. during the last 3 years to be mentioned. - A Completion certificate/ up to date progress for all the works allotted to him during the last 3 years, issued by the concerned Executive Engineer(s). For key positions, the required experience is: - Project Manager: 5-10 years of general experience, with 3 years in the proposed position. - Site Engineer: 5 years of general experience, with 3 years in the proposed position. - Project Engineer: 5 years of general experience, with 3 years in the proposed position. - Work Supervisor: 3 years of general experience, with 3 years in the proposed position.
