Irrigation Department Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil works under any Government Department of Assam during the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. They should have experience in execution of civil works and should submit a statement of total monetary value of civil construction works performed during the last five years under any Works Department in the Government of Assam/Government of India. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 30% of the package value for a single similar nature work order - 30% of the package value for the average annual turnover of the contractors. The bidder should have at least 1(one) single similar nature work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The work order should be awarded and completed during the last 5 years in addition to the current financial year. The bidder needs to provide a certificate from a Chartered Accountant for the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, including the current financial year. They should also provide details of works executed or completed of similar nature, including the name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder should have an average annual turnover of not less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, calculated over the average of 5 previous financial years. Milestone targets are mentioned, which include: - 30% progress to be achieved within 1 month - 60% progress to be achieved within 3 months - 100% progress to be achieved within 6 months The bidder's maximum bid capacity shall be calculated as 2 (two) times of the bidder's highest Annual Turnover in any of the preceding last 3 (three) years. The weightage for the highest value of single work done/completed is 35%. The weightage for annual turnover shall be considered as 40%, and that for equipment’s owned/possessed shall be considered as 25% for comparison of bids and selection for award.
