Dismantling the damaged cement mortar Plastering / Flooring / Ceiling in all floors and carting debris to the low lying areas with a lead upto 1 Km including all labour charges, all leads and lifts, conveyance charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Providing flooring in CM (1:3) 20mm thick fine polished with design laid over base concrete in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, all leads and lifts, curing etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (But excluding cost of cement which will be issued by the Department at free of cost at Central Stores, Dr. NTTPS).

Removing the damaged water closet and fixing the new water closet (white glazed)of 580 mm x 440 mm long Orissa Pan of Hind ware/ Parry ware / Neycer Make in all floors using quick setting, rapid hardening waterproofing compound (Conflow SNPA / Zorirapid R) including removing the wet sand in brick masonry seat, providing one coat of water proofing compound to in side the brick masonry seat and filling with dry sand and fixing water closet with foot rests, P/S Trap, connecting C.I. Pipe / PVC Pipe of 110 mm Dia 600 mm long including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (But excluding cost of cement which will be issued by the Department at free of cost at Central Stores, Dr. NTTPS.)

Providing ceiling plastering in two layers with CM (1:3) 20 mm thick using ‘CONABOND SNA’ or ZORIBOND PB or Equivalent Acrylic based bonding adhesive at 2 Lit / 10 Sqm, immediately after mortar application, applying a coat of concrete curing agent (Zoricure WB or Equivalent) including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, all leads and lifts, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (But excluding cost of cement which will be issued by the Department at free of cost at Central Stores, Dr. NTTPS.)

Supply and fixing 75mm dia PVC SWR soil, rain water, bath room water down fall pipes and fittings of Prince / Sudhakar make or Equivalent of 4 kg / sq. cm, along the external surfaces of the superstructure for collecting sewage from EWCs and connection from inspection chambers to existing sewage line, including cost and conveyance of all materials viz., pipes, shoes, clamps, cowl, solvent cement, nails, bends like 'Y' bend with door, 'T's with door, 90deg. bends with door, elbows etc., labour charges for fixing, chipping of concrete, removing of existing pipes and finishing with CM (1:3) by adding quick setting solution at all elevations etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC sewage down take pipes and fittings of Prince / Sudhakar make or Equivalent of 4 kg / sq. cm, along the external surfaces of the superstructure for collecting sewage from EWCs and connection from inspection chambers to existing sewage line, including cost and conveyance of all materials viz., pipes, shoes, clamps, cowls, solvent cement, nails, bends like 'Y' bend with door, double T's, 'T's with door, 90deg. bends with door, elbows etc., labour charges for fixing, chipping of concrete, removing of existing pipes and finishing with CM(1:3) by adding quick setting solution at all elevations etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Dismantling of existing Brick Masonry and clearing the debris away from the site up to 1Km lead including all labour charges, all leads and lifts, hire charges of all tools & tackles, conveyance etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work

Earth work excavation in loamy and clayey soils, black cotton soils, red earth and ordinary gravel, Conveying the debris up to a lead of 50m and back filling the trenches with excavated suitable material including all labour charges, all leads and lifts, conveyance, hire charges of T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Providing brick masonry in CM (1:6) using fly ash bricks of size 230mmX110mmx70mm including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, all leads and lifts, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the engineer in charge. (But excluding cost of cement and fly ash bricks, which will be issued by the department at free of cost at Dr NTTPS stores and brick plant respectively) for finished item of work.

Supply and stacking of river sand (screened) for mortar including cost and conveyance of sand, stacking charges, all labour charges, seigniorage charges all leads & lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Supply and stacking of crusher dust including cost and conveyance, stacking charges, all labour charges, seigniorage charges all leads & lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Cleaning of over head water tanks of residential blocks periodically for every 3 months (4 times per year) in A-Colony, including removal of covers/cover slabs over the tanks before cleaning and placing in position immediately after cleaning and to keep float valves in working condition while cleaning operation ,if any damage of float valves cost of float valves should be recovered from the agency and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 100gms/tank (including cost of bleaching powder) after cleaning,including all labour charges, hire charges of T&P, all tools and tackles like ladder ,rope etc., all safety appliances, all leads and lifts etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for finished item of work.

Carrying out antilarvel operations in residential colony once in a week with bytex spraying along all sullage drains, near and around manholes with TAIWAN sprayers of 15 litres capacity including hire charges of TAIWAN sprayers, cost and conveyance of petrol, cleaning items like soaps, coconut oil, safety amenities like uniform, gloves and spectacles etc., all labour charges, hire charges of T&P, all tools and tackles, all safety appliances, all consumables,all leads and lifts etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for finished item of work. (Bytex chemical will be supplied by the department at free of cost). 1 JOB includes carrying out anti-larval operations along all the back yard drains (approximate length of 6500m), by using 15 litres capacity TAIWAN sprayers for every 100 m length of drain.

(1) The Contractor/Firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/Less on the above mentioned Total amount, for carrying out the subject work as and when required during the year 2019-20, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (2) The statutory appliances of EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittance and limited to the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time. GST will be paid extra as per the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time. (3) The Contractor/Firm – who has offered the % less by more than 25% of the tendered amount as mentioned in clause (1) above, they have to pay the Additional Security Deposit for 5% of the Total Estimate amount excluding provision towards additional CLA& taxes in addtion to normal 5% Security Deposit. The same amount shall be released along with the final bill. (4)For item Nos. 15 & 16, CLA (only for the raised CPI points over and above 1225 points and declared by the Commissioner of Labour, AP) will be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittance and limited to the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time (5) If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer, the tender will be liable for rejection. (6)Security deposit will also be collected on supplemental items executed, if any.

Note : The contractor/firm shall mention SAC code and % GST for each and every item in the schedule.
