Uprooting the Juliflora and unwanted trees by the side of inspection path of cwcanal on the banks by engaging JCB/poclain including hire charges,all labour charges for disposing trees duly cutting into pieces with in a lead of 2km in the said area etc. for finished item of work as directed by the engineer- in-charge.

Earth work excavation in loamy and clayey soils in wet & slushy condition, deposited in the chutes, including disposal of soil to the near by low lying areas within a lead of 50 m from the bank of C.W. Canal with all leads and lifts, all labour charges, hire charges of all tools & tackles etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(1) The Contractor/Firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/Less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as and when required during the year 2019-20, as per the directions of Engineer -in -Charge. (2) The statutory appliances of EPF, ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittance and limited to the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time. GST will be paid extra as per the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time. (3) The Contractor/Firm – who has offered the % less by more than 25% of the tendered amount as mentioned in clause (1) above, they have to pay the Additional Security Deposit for 5% of the Total Estimate amount excluding provision towards additional CLA& taxes in addtion to normal 5% Security Deposit. The same amount shall be released along with the final bill. (4) If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer, will be liable for rejection.

Note : The contractor/firm shall mention SAC code and % GST for each and every item in the schedule.
