Labour Charges towards day to day checking of newly proposed street lights at each street light pole in ground level at junction box and at feeder pillar box and replacement of burnt, damaged, unservisable items with given new items and checking of UG cable at junction boxes and taking meggering the cable in ground and reconnecting new cable and giving connections and testing etc., complete to illuminate the street lights atleast above 95% working condition at any time by engaging one semi skilled electrician for 26 days and 2No's helpers during maintenance of 2 times per month & hire charges for ladder etc., complete.

The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit for Electrical items. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. The rates given in Schedule 'A' are exclusive of GST and Seigniorage charges.
