Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles ( heavy duty) in 19 mm thick size with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make in Monja quality of all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60 cm x 60 cm including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% & confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60cm x 60cm including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3 : 6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth. Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg per 10 sqm impregnated with a coat of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm incl. cleaning the slab surface with brushes & finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete with residual type petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100

Providing & laying 400 micron thick transparent Poly Vinyl Chloride sheet on the roof under mud phaska cutting placing complete job.

P/F leak proof roofing of mechanically prefabricated sandwich panel eqivalent to JINDAL/ SYNERGIE/LLOYD PANEL 50/INTER ARCH/ MULTI-COLOR etc comprising of following : i) The Outer sheet shall be trapazoidal profilied colour coated galvalume steel sheet of 0.5 mm (total coated thickness) of high- tensile steel of 350 Mpa conforming to IS:277 & IS:513 having a coating mass of 150gm/sqm (zinc aluminum) coating, total of both sides of sheet as per AS :1397 & finished with 20 microns colour coating of super polyster colour bond of app. quality over a 5 microns primer coat of app. quality over super polyster colour coat of app. quality in thickness of 5 micron over a 5 micron primer coat on innerside of sheet.The profile depth shall be 28-30 mm at a pich of 190-200 mm. (ii) The inner sheet of 0.5mm (total coated thickness) of high tensile steel of 350 Mpa conforming to IS:277& IS:513 having a coating mass of 150gm/sqm (zinc aluminum) coating, total of both sides of sheet as per AS:1397 & finished with 20 microns colour coating of super polyster colour bond of approved quality over a 5 microns primer coat on exposed side & a super polyster colour coat of app. quality in thickness of 5 microns over a 5 micron primer coat on inner side of sheet. the inner linear sheet shall be in the form of a linear tray having small notches in between.The core between outer profile sheet & the inner liner sheet/tray shall be of CFC free close cell high density rigid polyurthane foam of 40-42 kg/cum having a thermal conductivity value of 0.020w/mk at10deg.C mean temp. conforming to IS:12436.The core material should also have min. compressive strength of 2.1kg/sq.cm, tensile strength of 2.5kg/sq.cm, bending strength of 3 kg/sq.cm,& PUF should have min. 90% closed cell content & have conformed to IS:12436.The Core shall be 50mm thick min. polyurthane foam insulation thickness.It should have thermal resistance (R value) of 2.17m2.Deg C/W.The panel shall be of reqd. length & width with male & female edges on sides &shall be fixed through specialised agency prescribed by the manufacturer & as per approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. directly to the purlins using hot dip zinc coated self drilling fasteners of reqd. size & length at reqd. spacing with neroprene ashers, butyle rubber sealing tape mech. with the help of machine etc.complete as per manufacturer's specifications & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall incl. the cost of all materials, labour & T&P, reqd. for all operations as per requirements, all complete for proper & technical execution of the items as per drawings (For payment purposses, the superfical area of pre- fabricated panel roof covering shall be measured on the flat without allowances for laps & corrugation. Portion of roof covering over lapping the ridge or hip etc. shall be incl. in the measurement of the roof.
