Labour charges for assembling partically fabricated quantity of steel trussed girder as per drawings including Cutting, welding and making holes for M24 bolts of 8.8 HSFG Grade incl. hoisting , launching complete & cleaning of rust & hire charges of buffing incl.one coat of approved primer in the shape enamel paint of approved shade and colour and colour shall be provided at site over second coat of approved primer wrought iron and wild steel work incl. cost of welding rods but exculding cost of material.

Supply / fixing of nuts & bolt of M24 bolt of 8.8HSFG Grade or as per drawings ( for already fabricated quantity vide item No.1 )

Providing, Fabricating of steel trussed Girders as per drawings, transporting , hosting and fixing in position complete with all temporary supports as required structural steel for truss , Girders , beams using structural steel of Grade E 250 conforming to IS 2062. The cost includes all weldings and nut bolts ( for new fabrication quantity i.e 145 Mt.) of 8.8 Grade/ studs as per detailed drawings. All fabricated section shall be provided with one coat of approved primer in the shap enamel paint of approved shade and colour shall be provided at site over second coat of approved primer wrought iron and Mild steel welding work (using angles ,square bans, tees and channel grills, grating frames , gates tree guards of any size and design etc) including cost of screws welding rods,bolts , nuts & studs as shear Connectors complete fixing in position as per drawings/Morth specifications .
