Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement (M30 grade) concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropirate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound as approved by EIC. complete in all respect.

Quarrying, collecting, conveying, laying and spreading laterite moorum ( having CBR value not less than 20 and P.I value not more than 6)in sub base and consolidation with HRR, watering including cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials,cost of all labour and T&P required to complete the work as direction of EIC.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area (for road marking), thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete in all respect as per clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th revision) and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Moulded shank raised pavement marker (3M KE - MSRPM Red) by 3M of size 90mm x 100mm x 17mm of Moulded twin shank for longer durability durability & displacement resistance, wet & dry retro - reflective, Moulded in body colour, rumble effect and application in finger grips in proper position complete as per specifications and direction of EIC.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

Cement concrete of Prop (1:3:6) by using 40mm size BHG metal in foundation laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) in foundation using 12mm. Size broken hard granite chips including hoisting & laying concrete to required levels including cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling foundation and plinth with river sand, well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. in Footing

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. in Wall

Supplying, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and tying the grills of HYSD steel reinforcement Fe 500 conforming to IS-1786, 2008 in position binding with galvanized binding works of 18 gauge complete for all RCC works in foundation, deck slab, Abutment/Pier shaft, cap, return wall, retaining wall, fly wing & dirt wall as per working drawing and technical specification section 1000,1600, 2100,2200 & 2300 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Providing, fixing weep holes in plain / reinforced concrete abutments / return walls with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of one vertical : 20 horizontal towards drainage face completeas per drawings and as per section 2200, 2700 ( Clause 2706) of technical specifications for Road & Bridge works MoRT&H (5th revision) & as per direction of EIC

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including scaffolding, watering and curing etc. comp. with cost , conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm (9") thick layers with all necessary leads and lifts complete inclusive cost of all labour T&P and required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Paints of Burger/Nerolac/J&N /Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.)

C.C of prop. (1:4:8) in foundation using 40mm. Size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering,laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC.
