Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts, cross sectional area of cable 95 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to Copper Earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and incl construction of PCC (1:3:6) earth pit with CI cover funnel and watering pipe 20 mm medium grade and 40 mm light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip, wire-mesh, funnel complete incl tacking down old one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Excavation & Earth work, Charcoal, Salt & PCC including form work shall be deemed to be in this unit rates quoted from this item).

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600 x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to Voltage Stabilizer/LT feeder pillar all as specified and testing on completion including necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation& Earth work, Charcoal, Salt and PCC incl formwork shall be deemed to be include in this unit rates)

Supply install testing and commissioning LT panel cubical panel of double door outdoor type factory made dust/vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick CPRI approved duly powder coated having opening and locking arrangement both in front and rear side (Independent door for each item on front side) mounted on 4 Nos angle iron 60 x 50 x 6mm, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with &incl provision of following accessories/eqpt incl cable gland etc suitable for fixing under mentioned items:- (a) Aluminium bus bar chamber capacity 300 Amps 3 Phase with neutral duly insulated with PVC sleeves (As per colour code) incl complete control wiring with suitable size PVC copper conductor cable and provision of PVC lugs etc. (b) Digital Ammeter with CT and selector switch, 0 to 200 Amps - 01 Nos.
