Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part thereof in excavation or banking excavated or stacked materials in all kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand within specified grading zone of fine aggregates specified in table 3.1, clause 3.1.3 of attached specifications under floors, etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, each deposited layer to be compacted by ramming including watering, consolidating and dressing complete.

i) Local Fine Sand within grading zone IV

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level:

iii) 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand :4 Graded stone aggregate of 20mm)

v) 1:3:6(1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate of 20mm)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

ii) RCC 1 Cement :1½ Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

i) Foundations,footings,bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Supply of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels

ii) Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars of Fe- 500D grade or more, conforming to IS1786

Providing and laying Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth

i) Brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) IN FOUNDATION AND PLINTH

Structural steel work riveted,bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Providing and fixing  Klippon Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513-2008 of base metal thickness 0.50 mm, having Yield Stress of Min. 275 MPa. Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP /SDP paint over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns SMP/SDP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.58 MM. Sheet shall have protective guard film of thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.

i) Profile Sheet for roofing

ii) Plain Sheet for Ridges (500 - 600mm).

iii) Plain sheet for Flashings/ Aprons (Upto 600 mm)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes.

iii) 160 mm diameter PVC Rain water pipe

Providing and fixing  150F/200F flush panel,(pre-coated steel) False Ceiling made of  Cold rolled steel sheet conforming to IS 513, having minimum yield stress and tensile stress as 240 Mpa and 300 Mpa respectively. Base metal thickness for ceiling panel and Carriers shall be 0.45mm and 0.55mm respectively. The steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coated with Zinc coating (galvanizing) as per IS277, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 120 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) paint on continues coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns RMP paint, over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns RMP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.50 MM for Ceiling panel and 0.60 MM for Carrier. Sheet shall have protective Sheet shall have protective guard film of  thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m (for panel) and up to 5m (for carrier) or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The ceiling panel shall be clipped into carriers which are suspended from steel trusses/purlins with the help of GI suspension angle of size 25x25x0.5mm thick by means of rigid suspension system meant for exterior. The longitudinal joints of two panels shall be butt joined with a special type of panel splice to be fixed from inner side. The carrier will be joined with carrier splices maintaining a module of 150 mm. The spans shall not exceed as recommended and manufacturer recommendations shall be followed on installation procedure.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing & laying factory made Grey / coloured pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of specified grade made by block making machine wih strong vibratory compaction & of approved size and design / shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL's specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength as per IS 15658, maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881 maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 3mm on length @ width and +/- 3 mm on thickness. The job includes supplying and laying a layer of 50 mm thick clean coarse sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete.

ii) M40 grade 80 mm thick Plain finish

Providing and fixing B class G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc for WATER and AIR, External work

viii) 80 mm dia. nominal bore

Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm, inside, in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with CI surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement:2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement :5 fine sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) 12mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design: With common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supplying and fixing MS foundation bolts with necessary GI nuts and washers of specified sizes,all conforming to relevant Indian Standards and as approved by Engineer-in-charge :

iii) 20mm dia x 600mm long with 100 mm dia x 6 mm thick plate

v) 25mm dia x 1000mm long with 100 mm dia x 8 mm thick plate

Providing and fixing 700mm wide rain water gutter fabricated out of 1200mm wide Roll of 18 Gauge Aluminium sheets including MS clamp supports, fittings, fasteners etc. complete as per drawing . (NO joints shall be provided in the gutter and the same has to be fabricated from a continuous roll of Aluminium sheet)

CABLING AND ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/ trench/surface/pipe, etc. whereever required as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Items

iv) 3 Core x 2.5 sq. mm Copper Cable FRLS

CABLE TERMINATION GLANDS NON-FLP HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE COMPRESSION Cable Termination (NON FLP): Providing termination of 1.1 kV grade armoured cable for the following sizes including supply of NON FLP heavy duty Double Compresson cable glands, crimping type lugs and allied jointing materials, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In-charge. Glands and lugs shall be of approved make. Copper lugs for copper cables and aluminium lugs for aluminium cables shall be used.

vii) 3 Core x 2.5 sq. mm

Supply & drawing/laying, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning of earth strip/copper strip/GI wire for earthing and lightning protection under or aboveground complete as per specification for the following :

v) 25 x 3 mm GI strip

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of FLP junction box of approved make for cable connection/ jointing.

i) For cables 2.5 to 4 sqmm XLPE / AYFY

Supplying and fixing of following MCBs with necessery inter connections on existing DB, Panel board etc.

ii) Upto 32A DP MCB

Supplying & drawing inside the poles 3 core 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor, fixing of junction box at the pole base (excluding supply of JB), making all connections on both ends, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In-charge.

ii) "L" Pole

OCTAGONAL POLES Supply & Fixing of Octagonal Poles of following type (Civil job shall be paid separatly) :

i) S/E of 7 Meter high galvanised Octagonal pole with top 70mm (A/F), bottom 130mm (A/F) made up of 3 mm thick plate having a base plate of size 220 x 220 x 12 with single arm 1500mm long bracket arm made up of 48 O.D. pipe with EN 8 grade galvanised foundation bolts and anchor plate on suitable concrete foundation as per standard drawings enclosed herein(Civil & Electrical works shall be paid separately) having fixing arrangement for mounting 2 Nos. of 250W Metal halide luminaries (on opposite sides)

Supply and Fixing of under Canopy Recessed mounted Discrete LED (Light Emitting Diode) Light fixture of 80 watts with fittings and accessories, having IP65 protection class with Pressure Die Cast LM6/ADC12/LM24 housing and with toughened glass or UV stabilized polycarbonate cover type of approved make or equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The LED driver shall have an in-built high voltage cutoff = 290 V with power factor of complete fitting greater than 0.90. CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) shall be in the range of 5665K +/- 355K as per ANSI standard C78.377, CRI (Colour rendering index) should include all colour range from R1 to R15 and 70 for outdoor luminaire. LED efficacy shall be greater than 140 lumens/watt @ 350mA drive current. The minimum system lumen efficacy of the luminaire shall be 100 Lumens per Watt. The Surge Protection Device (SPD) should be series type with fail safe, surge protection for minimum 3kV shall be provided. Supply of complete fitting with all accessories as per specification attached and as per direction of engineer in charge. Each lot of fittings shall accompany test certificates LM79/ IS:16106 and reference/ batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED lighting shall be covered by a warranty of at least 60 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminaire etc.
