The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed, tested, and commissioned works of similar nature, specifically in the field of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and its associated infrastructure works. The bidder should have experience of work contract, including testing and commissioning successfully in the last 10 years. The value of the similar work completed should be at least 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs 938.35 lacs. The percentage of similar works completed is 60%. The bidder should have completed, tested, and commissioned works of STP of any proven technology on a turnkey basis with a minimum capacity. The options for this experience include: 1. Three Completed, tested, and commissioned works of STP with a minimum 30% capacity each (2.16 MLD) and costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 281.51 lacs). 2. Two Completed, tested, and commissioned works of STP with a minimum 40% capacity each (2.88 MLD) and costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 375.34 lacs). 3. One Completed, tested, and commissioned work of STP with a minimum 60% capacity each (4.32 MLD) and costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 562.41 lacs). Additionally, the bidder should have experience in construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning of works of similar nature. The value of turnover on construction works or the value of experience shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year calculated from the date of completion to the date of publication of the NIT.
