The bidder should have developed and/or designed and constructed, in the last 10 years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date, 1 Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) / Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) of at least 16 MLD Capacity.
The experience taken into assessment will be only of those who contribute a minimum 26% share to the Consortium.
