The required prior work experience for the bidder includes development/design and construction experience, as well as operation and maintenance experience. For development/design and construction experience, the bidder must have paid for, or received payments for, construction of Eligible Project(s) of more than INR 227.25 Crores during the 7 Financial Years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. Alternatively, the bidder must have paid for development of Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2, or collected and appropriated revenues from Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2, such that the sum total of the above is more than INR 227.25 Crores. For operation and maintenance experience, the bidder must have successfully operated and maintained 1 STP/ETP/CETP of at least 16 MLD capacity for any 12 consecutive months in the 10 years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. The bidder should have developed and/or designed and constructed, in the last 10 years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date, 1 Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) / Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) of at least 16 MLD Capacity. The experience taken into assessment will be only of those who contribute a minimum 26% share to the Consortium.
