The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed Renovation/Rehabilitation/Upgradation works in Access-controlled campuses, amounting to not less than 30% of the tender cost, for any Central/State Government Organisation during the last ten years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 30% of the tender cost. The exact amount is not specified, but it should be for any Central/State Government Organisation/Central Autonomous Body/Central/State Public Sector undertaking/Nigam during the last ten years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works (of a single project) during the last Ten years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited, satisfying either of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of tenders.
