The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying certain conditions. These conditions include: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. b. Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. c. One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements of a, b, or c above, with works successfully executed for a reputed private organisation. The bidder's experience in similar class of works is evaluated with 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between cases. The cost of work shall be the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client, and shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. Additionally, the bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work, which should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, and solvency of minimum 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
