The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum. The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar works, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. However, the bidder should have experience in works such as civil, electrical, and renovation. The cost of the project and the completed value should be mentioned in the performance certificate. The certificate should also contain information about the date of start, date of completion, and time overrun (if any). For projects of different costs, the following experience is required: - For project cost < 5 Cr: 1 Graduate Engr Civil, 1 Diploma Engr Civil, 1 Work Supervisor - For project cost 5-25 Cr: 2 Graduate Engr Civil, 2 Diploma Engr Civil, 2 Work Supervisor - For project cost 25-50 Cr: 2 Graduate Engr Civil, 2 Diploma Engr Civil, 4 Work Supervisor The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning and other related associated/allied appurtenant works as applicable. The bidder is required to have completed similar type of works during the last 10 years. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - 30% of the project cost put to tender - 7% per annum for enhancing the actual value of executed works/turnover - Project costs: < 5 Cr, 5-25 Cr, 25-50 Cr
