"Assembly of Railway's RH girder near RUB site brought by the contractor under relevant USSOR/NS item. This item includes preparation of base by earth work (filling/cutting), Cement Concrete base (As required), shifting of segments of RH girder to line and level by using road crane of suitable capacity and required numbers of Jacks etc. The rates shall be inclusive of all labour, tools and plants, machinery and equipment, lifting tackles, tripod with chain and pully, ramps cribs, 7 operator for crane, fuel, consumable etc. complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The rates shall be inclusive of all transportation of crane to site with all contractor's fuel, operator, consumables, all taxes with all the operational expenses, manpower etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge or his authorised representative. Note:- (i) Earth Work cutting/filling shall be payable under relevant USSOR/NS item as applicable. (ii) Cement concrete base, its shuttering and cement used shall be payable under relevant USSOR Item. (iii) For assembling the RH girders, HSFG bolts and turn bolts, if required shall be paid by Railway under suitable USSOR/NS item. "

Providing Fabricating & laying o f colour coated Galvalume ( Proflex system roofing ) material for self supported roofing system ( Technology similar to Proflex system provided by M&B engineering Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad), Material shall b e of following specification, B M T 0.90mm to 1.00mm, APT 0.95mm Tolerance +/- 0.02mm thick, width 605 mm or as dicided by Railway (Tolerance +/- 2mm), including supplying, loading, transporting, unlopading and staking a t site, fabricating and laying with all contractors tools plants, machineries, materials and fixtures labours including all lead and lift and laps/ wastage if any etc. complete. The colour of sheet will be decided by Railway. The rate is also inclusive of designing of roofing system, proof checking and providing execution drawing. 1 Fabrication and installation of self supported roofing technology similar to Profles System provided by M&B engineering Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad decided by enineer. Note: The roofing system should be self supported roofing system (i.e. without purtings trusses, any ancillary or supports_ shall be designed by the Contractor through the consultant and go t duly proof checked from VITI / Indian Insitute of Technology, Mumbai, any other Govt. agencies. Design and drawing will be approved by Railways. For design of roofing system relevant load parameters of IS code o f practice to be adopted. The cost of designing and proof checking of design and drawings wll not be pald separately and these charges are deemed to be included in rates of this item. The rates shall also inclusive of preparatlon of necessary auto cad drawing required for execution of roofing system should b e 100% leak proof, resistant to corrosion and maintenance free.

Supply of machine crushed 50mm gauge stone ballast in stacks as per special conditions at location with all lead, lift, loading/unloading etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
