Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work is any civil engineering work. In case of a tie, the value of similar work done is considered for selection, with no specific percentage mentioned. The tenderer should submit relevant documents, such as work experience certificates, copies of work orders, bill of quantities, and payment details, to support their claim of prior work experience. Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are considered. The bidder should also submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past.
