Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the tenderer having done more value of similar work in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender, may be selected for the award. The variation in the contract should not exceed 25% of the contract value for zonal contracts, and for offloading of part(s) of work, the value of such part(s) of the work is limited to 5% of the original contract value. The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited with list of works carried out in the past are required to be submitted.
