Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works with respect to each component of the tender, with the same percentages and requirements. The similar works are defined as any Civil Engineering Work, and the experience certificates are considered from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated over the previous 3 financial years.
