Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The tenderer should submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past. In case of evaluation, the value of similar work done is considered. The bidder's average annual contractual turnover should be minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The bidder having done more value of similar work in last three previous financial years and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender, may be selected for the award.
