The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Total value of Civil engineering constructions Work performed in the last five/ seven years 2. Work performed as prime contractor, or as a nominated sub-contractor, in the last five years, with a similar nature of work. 3. Quantities of work executed as prime contractor, or as a nominated sub-contractor, in the last seven years, with a similar nature of work. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of RCC Frame Structure building (G+1) within the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 90% completion of similar works - No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the employer may apply a percentage of 20 percent to the value of the work not completed. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates. For Joint Venture Company / Bidder / Firm, the qualified minimum threshold for the similar work updated cost for the lead partner and other partner are: - Lead member: minimum Rs 58.20 Crores (minimum 30 % of estimated cost) - Another member: minimum Rs. 39.58 Crores (minimum 20.4 % of estimated cost) The bidder should have at least one work with an updated completion value, and the experience of work is to be supported by Form 3A, signed by not less than an Executive Engineer or equivalent, and a certificate from the employer. The required prior work experience for the bidder is 15 years for a BE (Civil) or 10 years for an M.E. in construction work for the position of Project Manager. Additionally, the bidder's annual turnover for any one of the last five financial years should be not less than a specified amount in Rs. Crores, and for joint ventures, the lead partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. Crores (51% of X) and the remaining partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. Crores (30% of X). The joint venture must collectively have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. Crores. The bidder should also have a minimum net worth of Rs. Crore in the previous financial year, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have experience with any other RCC frame (non-industrial) structure (G+1) building experience in the last 5 (Five) financial years. Alternatively, the construction of an Institutional building / Government building comprising the construction of a multistoried RCC framed structure having G+1 Story & above is also acceptable.
