The bidder must have successful experience in completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature of building works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the applicant as prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. As a subcontractor, the bidder should have acquired the experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. The bidder must have as prime contractor or as nominated Sub Contractor successful Experience as follows: I. At least One similar work having updated completion cost not less than a certain percentage of the Amount put to tender of the proposed work (exact amount not specified). II. Such work must have been completed/substantially completed (i.e., gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) within the last 5 financial years. For joint ventures, the qualifying threshold amount of updated completion cost would be as per certain guidelines: (V-I) Lead Member: 75% of the amount mentioned in (b) I, i.e., 30% of the amount put to tender (V-II) Other Member: 51% of the amount mentioned in (b) I, i.e., 20.4% of the amount put to tender. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with specific requirements including: * Successful experience in similar works, with a value of a certain amount (exact amount not specified) * Annual Financial Turnover Amount of a certain amount (exact amount not specified) The bidder should report on the quantity/capacity of work performed in areas such as MGPS, CSSD System, HVAC, Fire System, ELV, Lift Work, and MOT, with values and percentages to be provided for each area, with values such as "20-20" mentioned for some areas. The bidder should have prior work experience in the last five years, with specific requirements including: * Successful experience in similar works, with a value of a certain amount (exact amount not specified) * Annual Financial Turnover Amount of a certain amount (exact amount not specified) * Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities (i.e., 25% of contract value/estimated cost) of a certain amount (exact amount not specified) The bidder should have completed works in the last five years, with details to be provided in a specific format, including: * Name of the work * Name of the employer * Quantity/capacity of work performed * Value of work * Remarks The bidder should also have access to, or have available, liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract/contracts applied.
