The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least one similar work with an updated completion cost of at least Rs. 58.20 Crores for the lead partner and Rs. 39.58 Crores for the other partner. - A minimum of 40% of the value of the proposed contract for an RCC Frame Structure (G+1) building. - An updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 97.01 Crores for the joint venture, with the lead partner having at least Rs. 49.47 Crores (51% of the total) and the other partner having at least Rs. 29.10 Crores (30% of the total). - At least 90% completion of similar work, with certification from the employer and Executive Engineer or equivalent. - Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract for an RCC Frame Structure (G+1) building with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract within the last five years. - The lead partner in a joint venture must have updated annual turnover not less than Rs. 49.47 Crores (51% of X) and the remaining partner must have updated annual turnover not less than Rs. 29.10 Crores (30% of X), with the joint venture collectively having updated annual turnover not less than the specified amount. - The bidder should have experience with any other RCC frame (non-industrial) structure (G+1) building experience in the last 5 (Five) financial years. - The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five/seven years to be mentioned. - For joint ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 51 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. - The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. - The bidder should have completed similar works, but specific values and percentages are not mentioned for some cases. - The nominated sub-contractor for Lift works should have completed similar standard and nature of Lift Works. - The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five/seven years, including the year, work done value (in Rs. Lakhs), and other relevant details. - The bidder should have a positive profit in the last three financial years and should give an undertaking that they have access to, or have available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract, i.e., Rs. 1.40 Crore.
