The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - 15 years of experience in construction work for a Project Manager with a BE (Civil) degree, or 10 years of experience with an M.E. degree. - 10 years of experience in construction work for a Project Engineer with a BE (Civil) degree. - 7 years of experience in construction work for a Sr. Civil Engineer with a BE (Civil) degree, or 5 years of experience with an M.E. degree. - 3 years of experience in construction work for a Jr. Civil Engineer with a BE (Civil) degree. - 7 years of experience in construction work for a Sr. MEPF Engineer with a BE (Electrical / Mechanical) degree. - 7 years of experience in construction work for a Sr. Electrical Engineer with a BE (Electrical) degree. - 3 years of experience in construction work for a Jr. Electrical Engineer with a BE (Electrical) degree. - 5 years of experience in construction work for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer with a BE (Mechanical) degree. - 5 years of experience for a Structural Design Expert with an M.E. (Structure) degree. - 5 years of experience for a Bio Medical Specialist. - 5-year experience for a Surveyor with a Diploma (Civil) or ITI (Survey). - 3 years of experience for a Lab Technician with a BE (Civil) degree, or 5 years of experience with a Diploma (Civil) degree. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature of building works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the applicant as prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. For joint ventures, the qualifying threshold amount of updated completion cost would be as follows: - Lead Member: 75% of the amount mentioned (30% of the amount put to tender) - Other Member: 51% of the amount mentioned (20.4% of the amount put to tender) The annual turnover of the bidder should be more than a specified amount (Rs. X), where X is derived by dividing the amount put to tender by the time limit expressed in years for the project/work. For joint ventures, the lead partner must have an annual turnover of at least 51% of X, and the other partner must have an annual turnover of at least 30% of X, with the joint venture collectively having an annual turnover of at least X. The bidder should provide details of similar works completed, including the estimated cost, tender amount, and actual completion cost. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract, and the works should be at least 90% completed.
