The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract RCC Frame Structure building at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last Seven years. 2. For HVAC work, the bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 45.00 Lacks during Seven financial years. 3. For Electrical work, the bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 1.0 Cr during Seven financial years. 4. For ELV work, the bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 0.45 Cr during Seven financial years. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract - Rs 45.00 Lacks for HVAC work - Rs 1.0 Cr for Electrical work - Rs 0.45 Cr for ELV work - Minimum threshold of similar work amount for Lead member: Rs 58.20 Crores (minimum 30 % of estimated cost) - Minimum threshold of similar work amount for Another member: Rs 39.58 Crores (minimum 20.4 % of estimated cost) Additionally, the bidder should have successful experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 6.40 Crores, which is 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder should have substantially completed works, meaning those works which are at least 90% completed, and continuing satisfactorily. For joint venture companies, the lead partner should have a minimum updated annual turnover of Rs. 49.47 Crores (51% of X) and the remaining partner should have a minimum updated annual turnover of Rs. 29.10 Crores (30% of X). The joint venture should collectively have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 97.01 Crores. The bidder should have completed similar work within the last seven financial years, with a minimum threshold of similar work updated cost for the lead partner of Rs. 58.20 Crores (minimum 30% of estimated cost) and for the other partner of Rs. 39.58 Crores (minimum 20.4% of estimated cost). The experience should be in the name of the bidding company, and not in a subsidiary or associate company. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organization, with a certificate not from less than an Executive Engineer or equivalent. For ELV Contractor, the bidder should have experience of executing ELV projects from the last 5 Years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work in the last five years, with a completion cost of not less than 0.45 Cr. For Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) works, the bidder should have experience of similar nature of work, which means Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline System work in a hospital building. For Modular OT work, the bidder should have experience of similar nature of work, which means Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of MOT work in a hospital building. The amount of completed works shall be multiplied by the enhancement factor corresponding to that year. The bidder should submit documentary evidence for each similar work, which should contain a Completion certificate from the client, a copy of the Work Order, Final Completion Certificate, self-attested copy of the agreement, and self-attested copy of the Final Bill. For the purpose of “Similar Works”, it means “HVAC Work & Allied AHUs, Pumps, Piping Works, for hotels, hospitals, research facilities etc.” Documentary evidence for each similar work should contain performance certificate from client clearly indicating full details of nature of work, work order no. & date, client address, value of work as per work order and as per actual completion, period of completion as per work order and as per actual. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar projects. For HVAC work, the bidder should have experience in executing HVAC projects, and for ELV system, the bidder should have experience in executing ELV projects from the last 5 years. For ELV system, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one project of similar work having a completion cost of not less than 0.45 Cr. For other works, the firm/NSC should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years at least one project of similar work having a completion cost of not less than 1.00 Cr.
