The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of work performed in the last five or seven years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of RCC Frame Structure building (G+1) at the proposed contract within the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - At least 90% completion of similar work. - A minimum value of work equivalent to the amount of TDS certificates. - For joint ventures, the lead partner should have at least 30% of the estimated cost (Rs. 58.20 crores), and the other partner should have at least 20.4% of the estimated cost (Rs. 39.58 crores). - The bidder should have a minimum experience value, with the lead partner having at least 51% of the specified amount and the remaining partner having at least 30% of the specified amount. - The bidder's annual turnover should be not less than a specified amount, with the joint venture collectively having an updated annual turnover of not less than the specified amount. The bidder should also demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract, with a positive profit in the last three financial years and a net worth of at least a specified amount. The bidder should give an undertaking that they have access to, or have available, liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied, which is Rs. 1.45 Crore.
