The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successful experience in completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature of building works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a certain value, with a minimum value of 30% of the amount put to tender. The lead member of a joint venture should have a minimum of 75% of the amount mentioned, while the other member should have a minimum of 20.4% of the amount put to tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 30% of the amount put to tender - 75% of the amount mentioned for the lead member - 20.4% of the amount put to tender for the other member - 40% of the amount put to tender for the bidder - Rs. 5.23 Cr as the value of similar works completed - Rs. 44.49 Lacs for electric work and Rs. 16.76 Lacs for water supply/sanitary works The bidder should also have experience in works such as Hospital, Medical College, Hostels, etc. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The lead partner shall meet not less than 51 percent of all criteria given. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than Rs. ……. (amount not specified) Crore, which is the annual value of the contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract. The required prior work experience for specific personnel includes: - Project Manager: BE (Civil) + 15 Years’ Experience into Construction Work or M.E. + 10 Year Experience - Project Engineer: BE (Civil) + 10 year - Sr. Civil Engineer: 7 Year of Experience into Construction Works or M.E. + 5 Year Min. - Jr. Civil Engineer: 3 Year of Experience into Construction Works - Sr. MEPF Engineer, Sr. Electrical Engineer, and Jr. Electrical Engineer: 7 Year of Experience, 7 Year of Experience, and 3 Year of Experience respectively into Construction Works - Sr. Mechanical Engineer: 5 Year of Experience into Construction Works - Structural Design Expert: 5 Year of Experience - Bio Medical Specialist: experience of Min 5 Years - Surveyor: at least 5-year experience - Safety Engineer: Graduate (Civil Engineer) - Lab Technician: BE (Civil) + 3 Years Experience /Diploma (Civil) + 5 Years Experience
