The bidder must have successful experience as a prime contractor in original building experience or interior renovation of existing buildings with a similar scope of work. They should have completed at least one similar work with an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 2.75 Cr, which is 40% of the amount put to tender of the proposed Civil & Interior work of Rs. 6.88 Cr. The bidder should have experience in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of work performed in the last five years being at least Rs. 6.88 Cr. They should also have experience in works of a similar nature, with the value of such works being considered. Specifically, the bidder should have experience of Construction of Institutional building comprising construction of RCC frame structure including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations works in the last 5 financial years. If similar work is any building, i.e., Institutional building / allopathic Hospital or is less than G+2 storey building, then the bidder should have experience of any other RCC frame (non-industrial) structure building experience in the last 5 financial years. The value of similar works completed should be at least a certain percentage of the contract value, but the exact percentage is not specified, except for the requirement of having completed at least one similar work with an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 2.75 Cr, which is 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder's annual turnover of any one year of the last five financial years should be more than Rs. 6.88 Cr. The bidder should also have a sound financial position, with access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the contract value, i.e., Rs. 1.72 Cr.
