The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in specific fields such as mechanized cement concrete lining, modern concrete technology, heavy earth moving equipment, and underground drainage work in rocky areas. The bidder should have completed single project works of not less than 70% of the estimated cost during the last five years. The bidder should have completed works with a value of not less than 70% of the estimated cost, and the amount of work done during the last five years preceding the tender should be mentioned in Rs. Lakhs. The bidder should also have experience of similar nature of work, with a minimum value of 40% of the tender amount, which is Rs. 8,63,63,600/-, for a single work, and 15% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 3,23,86,350/-, in case of a Joint Venture. Additionally, the bidder should have completed or substantially completed at least one work of similar nature, with a value of 40% of the tender amount, either in Government or Semi-Government or Government Autonomous Body as a main contractor in the period of the last seven years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are completed at least 90% of the original contract price on the date of submission of this tender and execution is satisfactory. The bidder should also provide information on their experience as a prime contractor, sub-contractor, and in a consortium, including the number of years of experience and the country where the work was done. The bidder's organization should have been in business for a certain number of years, and they should provide information on their fields of specialization and interest. For specific roles, the required prior work experience includes: - For Structural Engineer: 15 years of experience, with a requirement of having designed at least 5 similar type of completed projects. - For Works Manager: 10 years of experience, with a requirement of having worked as work manager at least 3 similar type of projects. - For Junior Site Engineer: 5 Years of experience, with a requirement of having worked as site engineer at least 3 similar type of projects. - For Junior Electrical Site Engineer: 5 Years of experience, with a requirement of having worked as site engineer at least 3 similar type of projects. - For Safety & Environmental Engineer: 5 Years of experience, with a requirement of having worked as safety & Environmental engineer at least 3 similar type of projects. The bidder should have completed works with a value of not less than Rs. 18,29,73,331 (without GST). The bidder's available bid capacity will be worked out based on the maximum of the updated total amount of work executed in any one year of the last five financial years, and the amount of existing commitments and ongoing works to be discharged during a specified time interval.
