The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of at least the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature of building works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission, with the gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder should provide information on the quantity of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with details such as the name of the work, contract value, and billing amount. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions worked performed in the last five years. The values of contracts completed should be provided in Indian Rupees (Rs. Lakhs), with specific requirements for the number of graduate and diploma civil engineers to be employed based on the cost of the work to be executed, such as more than Rs.50 lakhs, more than Rs.15 lakhs but less than Rs.50 lakhs, or less than Rs.15 lakhs but more than Rs.5 lakhs, or less than Rs.5 lakhs. For example, when the cost of the work to be executed is more than Rs.50 lakhs, the bidder should employ two graduate Civil Engineers and three diploma Civil Engineers. When the cost of the work to be executed is more than Rs.15 lakhs but less than Rs.50 lakhs, the bidder should employ one graduate and two Diploma Civil Engineers. In another case, when the cost of the work to be executed is less than Rs.15 lakhs but more than Rs.5 lakhs, the bidder should employ a minimum of one Diploma Civil Engineer. When the cost of the work to be executed is less than Rs.5 lakhs, the bidder should employ a minimum of two Diploma Civil Engineers. The bidder should also provide information on the name, qualifications, copy of mark sheet, color photograph, and appointment order of the engineers engaged for the contract work.
